We used Win Enterprises, LLC to help us redesign our product development process. This was an intense, 6 month long project that encompassed rewriting the processes, solving numerous communication problems, and standardizing and streamlining procedures in sales, design, engineering, and operations. After seeing the new “Tollgate” process in action, we anticipate that it will reduce cost over runs historically amounting to approximately $3M annually, or 18% of the Capital Budget on the projects under study. Additionally, we anticipate improved productivity and capacity resulting from a more robust project management process. In one very high profile project for one of our premier clients, we have already recouped over $500K in costs that we would not have realized using the old process. We were impressed by the Win team’s ability to quickly understand our business and the key issues that needed to be solved.
